Morgan is the second in command of the Zero Syndicate. As Luthor’s right hand, she is seen as the first lady of the organization. Feeling betrayed by the system, she has lived a life of crime for many decades. A 70 year old lady who holds herself up with grace and high esteem. Despite her age, she is quite nimble and agile, able to hold her own against the best of the city. She has began showing distaste toward Wildrose for questioning her standing within the organization.
